The she-cat's eyes flashed open at once, images floating all around in her mind. She could hear her heart pounding quickly, and wouldn't be surprised if anyone else could hear it. She cringed as she stood up, her legs aching. What is Starclan trying to tell me? she thought to herself, trying to reflect back to the dream she had been in just seconds earlier, but it had faded from her mind completely. Shaking her head, she padded out of her den and didn't even care to let her eyes adjust to the bright sunlight overhead. Her eyes were still half-closed, and she was deep in thought...

Sapphirepaw ran out of her den, nearly crashing into her mentor,Ravenstar. ''Hello! What will we do today?'' She asked, it was only yesterday that she became an apprentice and the tabby she-cat couldn't wait to go training with her leader,who now was her mentor.
